what sort of light therapy have you found beneficial? Like blue light in the eyes or red light on the skin?

I use a Beurer TL30

I'm not sure how that is "good news". It's a nasty tactic, and shouldn't be celebrated.

If helpful, we just created a new link where you can order without the subscription here: https://shop.begolden.online/products/2-tests

Hope you will give us a try!

Hi Kimberly here - we greatly appreciate this feedback and we've now updated all of our offerings to have a one time purchase option: https://shop.begolden.online

I can recommend Architecture Patterns with Python [0] to learn how to refactor code in this way. I don't know Python but I found the examples to be relevant to many other languages as well!

What makes you wonder that?

Because with bruxism you typically have your mouth closed (I see no other way to grind your teeth).

what's the erg? a rowing machine?

yeah. One of the more efficient home torture devices ever invented!

The links to linuxacademy.com are broken, since it was rebranded to acloudguru.com

Thanks, fixed in Github now, all ready for Monday!

it looks like it's not natively supported in P3D, but possible with the additional FlyInside [1] software

that is incorrect; it has native VR support in the current version.

it is available from outside the UK on the BBC website. alternatively, most (all?) of the BBC radio stream URLs can be found here [1], and consumed with e.g VLC

but a printed map is battered by the rain

Most of my hiking maps are printed on Tyvek or the equivalent.

And in any case a map is a piece of safety equipment - you spec if for the worst case scenario.

Classical paper maps yes. I manage to trash them after one hike even without rain.

But nowdays you get them coated in a plastic layer ... very nice, water proof and durable.

edit: or like the othe commenter mentioned, it is not a plastic layer and rather plastic itself called Tyvek or similar

Map holders are a thing

Where do you read news? I'm looking to find a source other than the BBC

Although it's foreign, I've found Christian Science Monitor to be fairly diligent and insightful. If nothing else, I've found it difficult to identify an institutional bias in their coverage and outlook.
