I'm in a startup in constant change (growth I guess), and my responsibilities keep changing and evolving. I love this.

To adapt and continue to deliver, my strategy has always been the same. Read, try, fail, read, try, succeed, read... ad nauseam.

And it worked pretty well for me, as I keep delivering.

This time I decided to change my strategy a little and experiment something I keep hearing around me.

I want a mentor. Someone I think I can respect enough to take advices from and move faster. Someone who either is doing or did long enough what I need to do right now.

How do you find mentors? In and out the organisation?
