Office 365 for $100/year is the 5 license pack, that gives you 5 accounts with each 10TB onedrive storage + desktop office licenses + all the office online stuff.
You can get the 5 pack on amazon for $70. I personally think that's way better than iCloud although I mainly bought it for storage, because if you need more than 1TB that becomes by far the cheapest available option.
Not sure how the extra services from iCloud and office365 compare, don't use either all that much, but both seem kinda equal and lacking compared to google or dropbox.
