Large companies who are affected by the problem of diversity in their workforce are sharing their numbers and everyone is talking about how bad the problem is.
Is it a problem that startups cannot solve or improve drastically? Is there anyone moving the needle in a significant way?
My question stems from my limited experience talking to diversity commentators and experts who all refer to research studies, but none to any real game changing solutions, in my narrow view.
what do you think of the problem? or have you've encountered startups addressing along any part of the funnel? (hiring, wages, performance reviews, career progression, leadership, etc)
