SoftLayer seems to have a great reputation, but it's also twice as expensive as, say, Incero or SecuredServers that you just mentioned. Are they reliable business partners?

Yes, in my experience -- but thats just with one-off servers.

I'm not sure how things work if you're a larger client with needs in the dozens of servers.
