It's a revealing commentary on the nature of the project and its developer community that this entire conversation seems to be about one dude. Suddenly, the "ember.js" brand collapses and becomes subsumed by the "trek" brand.

All other factors aside, it doesn't sound like the sort of healthy, active project that I like to use.
