Reality is that if you want to lose weight you need to change food you it, but doing exercise is really healty for body and mind. In the healty body is healty spirit and vice verse.


Running a mile burns as many calories as are in 2 or 3 Oreos.

That fact is about all anyone should need to conclude that weight loss is dominated by calorie intake.
