I've started seeing this increasingly over the past few months, both from Teslas and non-Teslas. Most recently about 2 weeks ago, someone did it right in front of a police car - who didn't care in the slightest! Some people just decide they've waited long enough and go for it, cross traffic be damned.

This is without even accounting for "no right on red" signs, which honestly seem to be entirely optional. People usually don't even look anywhere near the direction where the sign is hung.
