I usually like his analysis but this one smacks of extreme & unnecessary bias. Describing GPT5 as underwhelming seems subjective and somehow also wrong. It's won me and many other devs over. And Sora 2 is also clearly impressive.

GPT5 completely demolishes every other AI model for me. With minimal prompting it repeatedly and correctly makes massive refactors for me. All the other models pump out garbage on similar tasks.
