It's pretty typical that the government that is supposed to be for the people and says it wants to provide open and transparent information clearly does not want to provide that information when the information is used. This is the kind of thing that all of the people in the city should be outraged about and they should begin to vote people out of office for not providing clear and transparent information. There should also be a lawsuit about information that was freely available by the government has been taken away without notice and without cause.
