Just slightly confused on who got 6B here... "xAi" does that mean the company formerly known as twitter has an Ai group or is this a separate company "xAi" or is this x (the company) Ai division (separate but owned by x).

xAI is a separate company from X/Twitter, founded by Musk. xAI licenses data from X/Twitter for training. It’s not clear the exact financial deals between the two companies.
