Surprised they didn't make it a FlatPak. Probably would anger some, but it would work with most Linux distributions.


Is there anything stopping anyone from making it a flatpak and maintaining it? I'm personally not surprised that they're reluctant to take on more maintenance responsibility than necessary.


Yeah, right on! We Linux users love dicking around getting software to work on our multi-variant systems. Why maintain a universal package when you can sit and read through issues from nerds trying to get your software to work on insert trendy distro here
