It's a great idea, but I wish it didn't search for titles containing IMG or MOV. I understand that's the intention and kinda works for the theme of the website, but you end up getting a lot of "home movie" type videos and I feel it's not as interesting as it could be. I would prefer to see another website which applies the same idea, videos with almost zero views, but without the search filter.
"Home movie" type videos are some of the best of YT: what's in the background just because it was there, not because someone was deliberately composing and editing the shot?
I agree. It reminds me of ~2015 when me and friends would get a little high and just sit around and search for "My First Vlog" on YouTube, sort by new, and watch whatever random stuff was uploaded just for fun.
On a first glance my regular YT start page has more interesting videos. I’d like the idea but right now it’s just click bait stuff (all caps, annoying thumbnails etc.).
feels like i stumbled upon a 13 year old edgelords curated feed, transparent lingerie try on videos and then secret nazi symbology mixed with weird AI voiced propaganda videos full of anti-communist talking points followed by videos on why capitalism and venture capital is a good thing (as we keep seeing private equity kill and strip more companies)
interesting idea but the New For You tab on YT does a better job.
