Show HN: Staff Eng builds kube infra-in-a-box (kubestrap.it)

For the last 4 years I have been paid to develop the same stack for every client big and small: Infra as Code, network, Kubernetes, secrets, GitOps/CD, Istio, ingress, cert management, DNS, etc. I'm burned out! So, instead of charging a couple hundred bucks an hour to build your dream cloud... you can just have it all (with updates) for a couple hundred bucks.

you could just make a free git repo with this. Matter of fact some cloud providers even provide a lot of this setup. IMO the most difficult part for building is not this configurational infra, but integrating it into a well greased CI/CD deployment. Service meshes are kind of nothing and super simple to setup.

Thanks for the feedback. Not everyone can focus on building good infra, so they hire out. My job was building this infra for $200/hr on a typical engagement. Companies/people over-pay for this type of thing. That's why I created KubeStrap.
