SpaceX liens show over $2.5M debt to contractors in Texas (mysanantonio.com)

This is some pretty lazy reporting.

It is unknown whether the outstanding bills were owed by SpaceX or by one of its contractors who commissioned work and materials on its behalf. Nonetheless, the companies are using the legal mechanism to hold the $180 billion company responsible for unpaid bills, according to the report.

2.5M isn’t much. Is this possibly related to second- or third-tier subcontractors or suppliers not getting paid by the next subcontractor up the chain?

Liens sometimes are auto filed before work starts you have to file to remove them.

They aren't evidence of debt

You are frankly out of your mind if you think Elon Musk and any of his companies are going to take you where you want to go.

2.5 million?
