I use an app called Seek by iNaturalist. Although I do not participate in the online community, I enjoy getting the tiny dopamine hits when I reach one of its "achievements" or complete a "challenge". Takes me outside and helps me pay attention to my surrounding more than usual.
(It is far from perfect app, but way better than sitting front of screens all day and night.)
