I literally just today ordered metal sheets costing several thousand dollars. I should have ordered sooner because 30 days ago the price was 10% cheaper. The shop told me that they are raising their prices by 10% at the end of the month and that since my order will take more than two weeks to arrive I have to pay the higher price. This kind of thing is happening to me so often lately, but I keep reading in the news (except from Fox) about how inflation is getting better and how it's not a problem anymore. Such dissonance..
So you're proposing a grand conspiracy across almost every industry, every company in the country, where they all decided to start price gouging, all together, all at the same period in time. Prices going up isn't related to the state of the economy, no, it's all a grand conspiracy. Makes lots of sense to me ..
