Are banks that can't spell their clients names are likely to have KYC reporting/compliance issues as well.



And there's already laws and regulations that punish those issues.


There is really no reason that two laws passed for different purposes can require the same standards be upheld.


I am not suggesting that ine law be applied to remedy the transgression of q different law. I meant that banks are "forced" to be accurate by multiple laws, and it's in the bank's interest to fix its encoding challenges.
