What do you mean by "except"? Other than maybe ł, those all look like they're mostly Roman letters to me.

Half of them add the same single line that isn't even attached to the rest of the letter!

That's a world apart from φ and Д.



Mostly doesn't matter though, they sound entirely different compared to the letters without those changes. And you can't just replace them either, lots of words would suddenly have multiple meanings when written.


"ł" is the lower case of "Ł". It's not pronounced L, though. Writing-wise, it is there.

Else, the Italians, French and the like don't appear to be using Roman, either.
