Everyone would respond, "no shit". Suddenly when it is about children this is sage advice.

Yeah sounds easy until you have kids and it isn’t. Imagine the employee who like acts like a 5 year old all the time.

That is what looking after a 5 year old is like! The good, beautiful, bad and ugly of that.

Now imagine you have the next shift is not 8 but 1.1million hours.
