If an activity has been blocked in one country, the options are:

1) Cancel the merger/acquisition completely.

2) Work out some sort of mitigation with the country.

3) Spin off/discontinue business in that country.

Is there a similar precedent for 3)?

Possibly a spinoff organization like Figma UK Operations LTD that handles the UK business separately from Adobe.
