Unconvincing. The LLM approach must be easier to learn the first time, but do you really want to write out an English sentence any time you want to change font size or make a word bold, or draw out a table? No way. The GUI is much faster for these if you know how to use it. The LLM might be useful as a tutorial agent to teach you how to use the more efficient approaches though.
