As soon as he delays the real-time location feed, he’ll be welcome back.

This is an improvement.


Musk said he will not suspend account because he protects his freedom of speech. Nowhere in First Amendment it says "Except of live data". In fact that data is accessible online up to second, at least on 15 other public internet sources.

Musk loves freedom of speech for himself, not so much for others if they say something he doesn't like.


All too human after all. All the talk of big ideals. Space. Freedom. Saving humanity. The bite of one gadfly shows the truth.


He probably rang up Justice Thomas for an Originalist ruling on live data and the 1st Amendment.
