Tech talent is in massive demand right now, finding good/great talent is particularly difficult as there's just not enough to go around. Hence, real talent commands an ever increasing pricetag. And I love it.

The talent is out there, and finding it is easy.

Try finding a quality company where you don't end up working for a d-bag is the difficult part.
