Bad points. The cable is for charging only there is no way to simply plug it in to minimize latency. It has no standard caps lock led and instead blinks the LED on the caps lock key which is surely enabled by some low level functionality that is hard to disable.
I would bet dollars to donuts that if you swapped caps lock for escape it would still turn the blinking LED under the key on or off every time you hit escape. If there is a way to disable that its probably in some windows only software.
If you want a consumer mechanical keyboard where you don't have to futz with switches or group buys at the same price point I'm thinking Das Keyboard.
