I'm currently the owner of a sleep apnea mouth guard (MAD) similar to your pictured one. Fortunately it was free thanks to UK's NHS, because I cannot use due to discomfort and teeth movement, causing disrupted sleep. What's your experience been like, and are you doing anything to combat users giving up on treatments due to discomfort? Curious also why you aren't offering CPAP machines.
