Much more likely they don’t have crypto and want to earn it with the excess gpus they have

A balance of crypto is unrelated to the mining market, but i understand that was an impassioned response where all things crypto are in the bad bucket in your mind

I’m writing more so for anybody passing by that doesnt understand how they’re separate

Doesn’t matter if they have some or want to get some, crypto miners actions had a significant negative impact on the price and availability of GPU’s, so I wholeheartedly mining workloads being crippled on these cards.

Between their affect on GPU price and availability, their energy impact, NFT’s and multitudes of other scams, the crypto community isn’t doing a whole lot to not land itself squarely in a lot of people’s “bad bucket”.
