It seems that this guy used to spend more time writing and maintaining Haskell libraries. Nowadays, it seems that he spends more time ranting about public blockchains/cryptocurrencies. It's weird to me how much time he seeems to spend on these rants.
I call these rants because I don't see any underlying principles they are based on; he does not say exactly what are the important principles/virtues/rules that society needs to uphold that are being violated because of cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrencies are mostly not illegal anyway. This is just like criticizing anything else that don't agree with your values/biases. E.g. some people think think it's a big deal that Epstein got suicided and some go "meh". At least if you state those important first principles, you can say which issues are more important and worthy of discussion more, e.g. Epstein or cryptocurrencies.
