All work IM and emails you send are recorded. Every URL you visit from your work machine is logged using NTLM auth discovered user name. Think about all that information and what your employer could take out of context. Keep your work and personal life separate regardless of the company.

exactly. work is for work devices. personal is personal devices and try to keep the contact between them as small as possible
