She's pretty clear that the violent thoughts and imagery are her expressing raw emotion and fantasy. Akin to wanting to kill your boss. That being said, I think the rest of her POV is pretty facile and mostly a justification for her to be exclusionary and arrogant by insulting everyone's ability to feel empathy.
I've never had raw emotional fantasies about murdering someone based on their race. I'm certain none of my friends, family, or coworkers have. In fact I'd be surprised if anyone I knew had.
She not only does, but has the confidence to utter those racist fantasies publicly, without fear of reprisal from anyone in her circle.
