I'm not interested enough to pursue it, but I've wondered about a live twitter-like newsfeed that centralizes all your news sources. I like the "emotional feel" of having everything centralized and feeling connected live to all your feeds, I just don't know if it's tangibly more useful than refreshing a page on something like omnifollow.
