Are there features in WizFile that make it better than Everything?

I could be wrong, but I believe it searches the MFT directly rather than having to index files on disk, making it a lot faster. Everything would be faster for network drives because of this though.

Everything works on the same way.

I put this on my father's machine and he thinks it's magic because it finds his files instantly. He still comments on it every once in awhile.

+1 for this. Works soo much better than Window's search.

If you don't want an index built, I use FileLocator Pro as my F3 / CTRL+F handler. Very fast, I think it reads MFT directly or something.
