I think one thing a lot of people learned from this pandemic that misfortunate does "trickle up". As a software-engineer I wasn't really affected by the lock-down but my quality of life definitely dropped just because a lot of people around me are struggling. So yeah, even if you don't own a house and don't rely on impacted economies -- you'll still be in trouble! Unless you're %1 rich.
