It's a normal and rational human emotion to feel anger or annoyance at differential treatment for no fault of your own, whether that boils over as "resentment" is a function of your own emotional maturity in my opinion.
But there is a growing resentment from "child-free" folks who take issue with your points a) and b). I don't know how I feel about the first point but the second one is a critical failure point in our society and economy that should be removed, and we shouldn't necessarily design an economy with incentives that promote growing population.
