Intel's “cripple AMD” function (2019)
NumPy binary wheels on PyPI (i.e. from pip) are built with OpenBLAS. NumPy from the official Anaconda, Inc. conda channel defaults to MKL. The conda-forge channel defaults to OpenBLAS.
