This morning I was thinking about writing a tweet why the book is still not available in a dead-wood fashion, because I don't really like reading ebooks/PDFs (I preordered the book as pdf and print version through MEAP). But then it came to me that such a tweet will not speed up the process in any way. So I skipped it...
