I just anglicize the french.

So in french Leeb-grre (kind of like a throaty r, sounds a bit "gruh" but short)

and in enlish Leeb-ru' (kind of like a very short "ruh"). More like Libra truncated.

Its half way between a consonant and a vowel so I was torn. Glad we're facing the big issues here.

Agree. Libre is a french word.
