The last thing we need is yet another standard; we need people to utilize the existing ones, like activitypub, webmentions, websub, micropub. And grouping is a client task.

This is not a tech problem in 2018.


How about json rss instead of xml rss . Or even ipfs pubsub


What problem exactly json solves over xml? How does it address the problem of people being lazy and still using FB?


What's wrong with RSS as it exists today? (I've heard people criticize the lack of comments, but that's clearly a feature.)
