Fascinating question. I recently went about compiling a list of books that I though our team will benefit by reading (or re-reading). It was rather tricky to find books which are of lasting value and are best read in a contemplative frame of mind. Not necessarily intended to solve immediate problems, but to help become better in some immeasurable way. This is the list we collectively came up with.
