The "best" chocolate for some values of "best", i.e. "the one I remember growing up in UK". Across Europe, Cadbury is widely considered barely edible. Pre-Kraft Cadbury were also instrumental in watering down EU regulations on the minimum amount of cocoa in chocolate products.
