Lack of an interface mechanism, with multi inheritance instead, is messy. This is my biggest complaint that doesn't apply to pretty much all dynamic languages.
All depends on the area you want to work in. Most jobs by me are using Dot Net. Probably best to just pick one and focus on it. And decide if you want to work for a cool startup or a bigger company. Both good in their own way I guess.
