Internet Object (IO)'s design wasn't influenced by Toon or GraphQL.
The project began back in 2017 with very different goals: reducing repeated keys,
introducing a schema-first structure, separating data from metadata, supporting a
richer type system, and keeping the format as readable as CSV while still being
expressive enough for nested data.
IO is meant to be a lean, schema-driven data serialization format - not a query
language (like GraphQL) or a minimal notation (like Toon).
Happy to explain any specific parts if you're curious.
Perhaps. But if the legal community was dominated by responsible grown-ups, it could drop plenty of hints that "because AI" is no better a legal excuse than "because my Magic Eight Ball told me that the airplane was safe".
I know, I reached out to them regarding the retaliation and they started outright that I'm outside of the scope of the DSA and began ignoring my emails across the board, even to the dedicated crossborder address which initially responded to my disclosure.
Very frustrating, they accepted my initial info but when it became "company has retaliated against me after providing you that info" they wipe their hands clean of it.
