Grindr, jackD, etc are in the App Store, this shouldn't be an issue

I didn't think he sounded like much of an addict at all. Certainly less of an addict than someone who's already had 2 glasses of wine by 1:30pm PST. But i'm guessing you are in a different timezone :-)

The reviews, taken as feedback and then sent directly to the developers could be useful. But to have the reviews/feedback actually show up in the iTunes store reflects bad for Apple and the developers of the app.

I added a new device uuid and its still failing registration one hour later

Glad that they have this page now

Personally, I thought the video was pretty funny and I love how serious most the people are while responding.

Winamp 3 was the only thing I missed about windows. The visualizer plugins and skins still pass anything available now. Had no idea there was a mac version, so I tried downloading it. Mac version plays mp3, no radio, visualizers, or plugins.

Do you mean that interstitial version that used XML and had a whole new interface and everything?

IIRC, the Nullsoft team admitted they rushed out that release because they really wanted a version that had "mp3" in the name.

Also, that interface was called Wasabi.

yep - and this was my favorite theme! http://www.allwinampskins.com/winamp_skin.yaxay3.html

I think we need something or someone to chase around the world. edit not Carmen Sandiego

It's not a bad idea. It can be more than one item. For example, 5 sacred jewels or something.

However, I want the game to be quite open-ended too and it's hard to explain a goal like that.

This makes a lot of sense to me. If the responsibility doesn't fall on a business to not sell the technology does it fall on customs agents then to prevent the guests from leaving the country with the items? Would the guests be happier being able to purchase the tech to only be prevented from leaving the country with it? I seriously doubt it.

[edit] IMHO this has nothing to do with racial profiling, its unpleasant, but what aspect of the relationship between the US and Iran isn't?

>IMHO this has nothing to do with racial profiling

I've never been asked to produce proof of US citizenship or immigration status when I bought an iPad, let alone refused service. Do you honestly think that being a white male who speaks fluent English had nothing to do with that?

Agree with these alternatives, but I left Path after I discovered the app uploads my Address book contacts. Lame. Such a pretty & functional UI too..
