I think bankrate.com calculates the value of a Bilt point as 1.1 cents, which is not great but more than the $0.00 from anywhere else. So I have mine set up for paying rent (the "pull straight from a bank account" option is welcome, as it saves the credit limit in case I need the full amount), do a few other smaller purchases with the card during the month to hit the five-transaction requirement to earn points from rent, and use Citi DoubleCash and Wells Fargo Active Cash for everything else.
Am I the only one that saw lot of the values in this article being eerily similar to some of Amazon's: Bias for action, lots of doc writing, one way and two way door decisions. I'm not sure what to make of it
This post really should have defined MP3 earlier! If you are like me and spent way too long scratching your head, googling to no avail until you got to the second half of and it was defined, MP3 stands for Monetary Policy 3
My understanding of the initial comment and why I +1 it was that I thought it was focused on the observation that this person has been in a situation in which they are a minority, are realizing they are one and are thinking about things that they wouldn't think about before and hoping that this experience helps build empathy and better understanding of the day to day life as a URM.
The situation the person is in isn't great and leaving sounds worth doing but I didn't think that was what the response was about though I can see how the implication to not run away could be interpreted in a different way
