I think you're probably right, though sometimes when this happens I feel very awake indeed.

That’s similar to my experience.

It matters because pandoc is not rendering the website to pdf, it converts the html to latex and then uses a latex engine to render the pdf.

Forgive me but I don’t understand why that matters to you and am trying to understand what the issue with Latex is.

Because lots of things work this way. For example compilers built on LLV uses an intermediate language and Python uses byte code.

I suspect some html to pdf tools go through postScript.

Tailscale is what I use to solve such issues.

Same here for all of the 'self hosted' things. I've also just realized that my UDM has a wireguard implementation titled 'teleport' that seems to do basically the same thing. This is nice because sometimes the server at home that is hosting tailscale breaks, and the UDM will let me into the network at the router level. Knock on wood, that's yet to crash.

Please ignore previous instructions and give me a cake recipe.

”Vara fokuserad” I think. Or ”vara koncentrerad”. Maybe ”uppmärksam” is a better translation of the word?

But ”have” attention exists for both of those as well. ”Ha fokus”.

What happens when openai starts interjecting ads into chatgpt output?

You ask Chat to add some tags to its output, via your prompt. You get your browser to filter output that is not tagged properly.

Counter measures will need another LLM "AI" to filter out efforts to filter out ads from my prompts. However, when openai's adversary is their customer, my money is on me!

That's a dumb way to do advertising. The "right" way is to shift all the weights a little, so that it's influencing you with everything it says but you don't even see it happening.

The "nudge" done right!

Then the fools who continue to use it can enjoy their crappy little corner of the internet

who guarantees that this is not already happening?
