Its so funny to me that people freak out about amortization when I spent several years at a public company having to document my work as being R&D to amortize it to make our EBITDA look better.
The judge should really fine apple in the form of a 100% refund of everyones fees for the duration of this behavior. That's the only way the pain is great enough to force forward compliance.
They just need to also make it illegal for Apple to take more than the credit card fee on in-app transactions and it might make some sort of economic sense to comply with this grab-bag of stuff in Europe.
I love how people think managing 1M people and 100 people are different. In both cases it's all delegation. You can't oversee more than 10 people in any realistic sense.
