Yeah I went with the design choice to show the results at the end. In the app version (link on the main page) it shows the result after each selection because the game ends when you make a wrong choice.
I agree. I imported the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro and the hardware is fantastic. I bought it when it was already 8 months old so it dropped in price from $500 to $350. Adding a $20 import fee and the total was $370. It comes with 64 GBs storage, 4 GBs ram, and a quad hd display (2560x1440).
Some things that are lame. No fingerprint sensor and no NFC.
Unless, of course, there actually were good guys and bad guys in that war.
As far as real-world wars go, within the constraints of the real world where nobody is ever purely good or purely evil, World War 2 is about as close as we're ever going to get to a good guys vs bad guys war.
Sure, my idea of good guys and bad guys might be wrong. And so might the idea that Nazis were bad guys and allies were good guys. This is the same concept that we choose the history we want to believe, myself included.
You could even make the argument that the allies should not have resisted the Nazi invasions of Europe/Russia because the cost in lives ended up greater than what might have happened if they'd easily taken control. Though we can't know that "what if" scenario, we can at least try not to fool ourselves too much by assuming it would be unimaginable worse forever.
You have not even come close to defending your point that 'academia is the only place that true learning happens'.
All you did was give a justification that academia is a place that learning happens. In fact all that is needed to prove you incorrect is ONE counterexample.
Digimon (first season) had superb characters who were all multi-dimensional. Izzy was adopted and they had a small arc on that and Sora has a trouble relationship with her divorced mom who she lives with. I found this series very interesting as a 10 year old boy.
Thanks, I couldn't remember details on the other characters! despite loving Izzy, I mostly remember him as "the techy nerd" of the group. I also found the series very thought-provoking as a young boy.
An important attribute of an e-sport is that it should be entertaining to watch. Since LoL is a game where a player controls a single unit, it's easy to follow along for the spectator.
It's a bit different for me as I used to play LoL (stopped 1-2 years ago, ~4-5k games played), but now I only watch the championship and some league games (usually those my favorite team, Fnatic, are involved) without playing the game at all.
