Very much Fable 5.1 assisted. I noticed Fable 5.1 recently started outputting graphs like that used when doing LLM work.

I traded in my Xbox series x last year after they jacked the cost of their subscriptions to get a PS5(my first Sony console in my life). With all the dumb stuff Sony is doing I was starting to wonder if I made the wrong choice, but this just reassured me. I use cloud gaming a bunch, way more than 15 hours a month because I can’t always be in front of the TV.

Around February or march I started looking into hardware options to help me start learning about training models and working with them. My budget was limited and an apple refurbished 32 gb Mac mini was far and away the best option for my budget. I wish it was faster but I can let it run 24/7 with no noise and minimal power draw. I just arrange long running tasks for when am asleep or at work. Then as a huge plus I have an awesome daily driver machine for whatever else I want to do

Governments always "Think of the kids" until they have to invest in them.

Then suddenly it becomes performative posturing with maybe a little extra spending here and there.

I'm not a fan of social media. I'm also not a fan of authoritarian governments.

From my POV those two things are more similar than they are different.

Parents activate over their own kids. They’re seeking to protect them and will call their electeds and knock on doors and potentially back a primary challenger if you ignore them.

Mine too, but it was in the late 90’s and I found an open table in an access database that the school district used for grades and attendance. It listed plaintext usernames and passwords for every user in the system. I managed to use that to get to know the districts head of IT and get a summer job with them.

It all depends on use case. A local fine tuned model on a very specific use case can definitely out perform a much bigger cloud model that doesn’t have the training on your use case. But, that requires looking at the ai models as a means to end and not a Swiss Army knife that can do it all.

I think the issue there is that the ssri dull some of the receptors that psilocybin act upon.

If you are on them, you can still get positive results, but your baseline for microdose might be higher. Be careful if try… go slow, follow proper harm reduction measures.

Not a doctor but I might go further and say possibly avoid altogether until you come off SSRI.

I have a recent experience with MDMA, a substance that also interacts with those receptors. A friend and I both tried MDMA, not first realizing that one of us felt almost no effect because of an ongoing Lexapro prescription. We were well supervised in this endeavor, but I can imagine a more unrestricted experience in which you take way more than a recreational dose by accident.

By the way, you might need those SSRIs!

I guess I shouldn’t feel so bad then that I have a ticket open that I keep updating every few days with how long it’s been without a response. It’s only been a few weeks.

It does when you look at it with a few less zeros… it’s like a broke person floating checks for payday loans.

I am working on a project right now that I just had to scrap a few weeks of work because I realized the agent was agreeing with me when it should have been saying the testing was wrong. It found positive results in many failed tests. I have had to start over with rules in place and constantly reference them when getting results to ensure it is giving me the right overview. Then I still manually validate what it shows.

So far it has helped a bunch. Many ideas I have had, have been proven wrong and alternative ideas have come up in their place. It has resulted it much better progress and improvements over the original path I was going.
