Congratulations for the integrity. Hard to find online businesses totally honest without dark patterns

I have been using it for a year. No problems so far, and found it to be really flexible

Keycloak FTW. Been using it for 18 months now in production.

It made me remember of this game, simcompanies. From what I understood, it is made by a single developer and some help. It has this feeling of community among the players and him included that is really cool. And no pushing hard to buy things.

Strange, but interesting idea. It would be a net positive economically.

And likely a net negative for many peoples mental wellbeing.

I'd imagine HN is a pretty significant selection bias for individuals who are not so interested in social interactions with people in person but that's not necessarily true for the rest of society.

I personally find the current situation very mentally taxing but not because I want to necessarily talk to people but rather from a prevaling sense of exclusion, and lack of personal freedom and choice. You may think this is acceptable but for me it's actually quite painful psychologically.

Not to mention small businesses that are being sacrificed to appease the Gods of infection rates.

Yes. I wish there was more of that. Sometimes I get some initial ideas of data models from here: http://www.databaseanswers.org/data_models/index.htm

Here are some data models for specific e-commerce use cases from that site: http://www.databaseanswers.org/data_models/top_ten_data_mode.... Thanks for sharing this.

I found it gives a nice perspective when you read old pages you wrote. Do you feel the same? It gives some perspective, and the feeling is like reading something an old friend (another person) wrote.

Só true. Usually, paraphrasing taleb here, the "old papers" are more important. They resisted the test of time, and the ones that are still talked about (survivors) are the most relevant, and better insights. While the thousands of papers that appear every year, most of them will be irrelevant.

It might not be what you are looking for. For me, meditation helped. Through headspace app, some courses were specific about anxiety or stress.

Any tool that simplifies collecting and reporting eventos on server side?

One of the best courses i had. It gave an First view of functional programming. And ML, is just great. And now I can see many languages influenced by It.
