That was something else. When Craig Federighi announced "sign in with apple" he mentioned "We wanted to solve this, and many developers do too. So, now we have a solution".
Bluemail developers thought, Craig was talking about them. Apple copied my work with the help of a prior art filed before Bluemail disclosure. Craig was referring to my work.
His website has valuable advise for startups, but contains no sensitive information AFAIK. But yes PG should support HTTPS to safeguard his visitors from MiTM attacks like Comcast code injection.
